50 g cheddar cheese, or Gouda, mozzarella grated

1 Egg yolk
- Optional (2 years+)

In a bowl, mix farmer's cheese, egg, millet flour and grated cheese until a soft, shapeable dough forms.

If the mixture feels too soft, add a little more flour if needed.

Slightly wet your hands and divide into 4 equal portions.

Shape each into a ball, then form into bagels.

Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Brush with egg yolk mixed with milk or water.

Sprinkle seeds on top if using.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes, until golden.
